I put the NYQUIL deal in even though its not a freebie because Cold/Flu Season is coming up and you do not want to be unprepared.  If you don't have this in your stockpile already I would add at least one in your stockpile.  Just because if you get sick you'll be too tired to go get it and if you get this even at sale price its pretty costly.
