I totally missed reporting this PerioBalance Deal freebie.  It is a freebie (not including tax) but it has a high OPP if you don't have prior up rewards.

You get $20 UP rewards for the deal

Hence Freebie.... Unless you really need this its for GUM health etc, I'd skip it because you have to use a lot of OPP and you'd get back a high value UP reward.  Which could be difficult to roll if you don't have any future big buys the next two weeks at Rite Aid
**In my store it was a great deal because there was a $2 off NOW peelie on the box and my cashier was fine with adding it along with the MFC, which most stores may not do.
