Rite Aid Look Ahead starting Feb 3

Yardley Body Wash is FREE if you have coupons after UP rewards if you buy 3 (Limit 2).  The 1/27 Smartsource, has one coupon for $1 off ONE body wash look carefully at the Coupon language, as I totally missed this.  So buy 3, at $5 - 3 ($1 off coupons) = $2 OPP and you get a $2 Up reward back.  And even better is that the original sale price qualifies for the Anniversary UP rewards tally!!!!!!!!

thanks iheartriteaid for the preview!

Officially the week that starts Rite Aid's next round of 50th Anniversary Special Up Rewards, for your first $100 on eligible products you will get a $20 Up reward, and $10 Up for every additional $50 spent max $50 in UP rewards.

This week is the Stayfree Maxi pads, basically $1 each after UP rewards limit 2.

The other awesome deal is Keri Lotion, the in store ad has a coupon for $5 off, making the price for a lotion just $.99!!!! For the advance couponer this deal is a potential gold mine because the full price should be counted for the tally in the Anniversary Up Reward deal.  The coupon basically allows you to get an 84% discount!!!  And when you consider that if you can meet the first $100 tally of the Anniversary promo, you get an additional 20% off, this would be a freebie if you could meet the tally.  ** There is also a smartsource coupon for $2 off making it an even further money maker if you have a printer!
Con: I will say the coupon will beep and it will be up to your store to rightly adjust the coupon down.  Plus most stores will probably only let you buy this once per trip.
In an ideal world of massive inventory, if you brought 17 of the Keri Lotion's it would make all of them free if you count the $20 Up reward you would get for meeting the $100 tally.

I put the Conair Scunci Deal up, because its Buy 2 products and get a $3 Up reward.  You might be able to find cheap Bobbie pins for this deal.  That may turn into freebie since this is counted in the Anniversary eligible products.  Also there was a January $1 off Video Value coupon but it requires the coupon be used on something at least $3.99.

If you still have the early January P&G coupons, you can get your self some super cheap Tide.  I would say this is the cheapest ever I've seen of this liquid gold $2.60 each   Normally, I wouldn't ever buy Tide but I know this will be a really useful thank you gift to some Tide obsessed fans.  This week before you coupons expire, when you buy $30 worth of eligible products you get back a $10 UP reward.

Transaction #1
Buy 4 Tides @ $5.94 each Total: 23.76
Use 4 $1.50 off P&G coupons -6
OPP 17.76

Use 1 $.20 off P&G coupon -0.2

so final effective cost  12.99

Making the final cost after UP Rewards is $2.60 each!!!!!!!

I estimate about $3 after taxes in NYC.

Target Pantry Deals Cheap Barilla Pasta

I can't believe I almost missed this deal, my stockpile price for pasta is $.50 but because Coupons have not been cooperating this past year for some reason, NYC has not been getting the coupons for El Paso and Barilla like other parts of this country.  So this deal is pretty sweet.

You buy 10 of the participating products all stuff with great shelf life and get a $5 gift card from target.
So total would be $11.90 and get $5 Gift Card, making total effectively $6.90 for what ever combo of products you buy.  I'm highlighting this deal because it includes Whole Grain Pasta which is usually harder to get on sale.
** There is a Buy 2 Ragu Target Online coupon to print, for additional $.60 off

For those of you new to couponing and frugality this is a great newbie deal because its NO COUPONS required.  And a key way to reduce the cost of your Grocerie's is to buy things you would normally eat at LOW prices and $.69 each is a pretty great price and stockpile them probably the best I've seen in the past year considering coupons have been sparse.  Plus the cheap price for these ingredients, would make certain meals even cheaper for you to make and allow you to create your own LOW COST meals.

Hint hint: One box of Pasta and Jar of Sauce, for total of $1.38, you can easily make at least 4 huge servings of pasta meals.  Making each meal $.35 each!!!! And even if you add cheese and meat you could still keep each meal under $1!!!

Rite Aid Free Natrol Melatonin and B12 vitamins

Ekkk Hurry to Rite Aid for free Natrol Vitamins and Supplements.  I don't have details because my SNEAKY store didn't even have signs for this deal thanks to hip2save for the alert.  If you buy $20 worth of Natrol or Laci prodcuts you will get a $20 UP reward!!! Better yet is if you have January's Video Value coupon for $2 off Natrol, making this not only a freebie but true Money Maker because in NYC no tax on Vitamins!!!
So I bought 1 Natrol Vitamin B12 for $10.29 and 1 Natrol Melatonin for $10.29, for total for $20.58, you can stop here and just get the $20 making the cost for both a total ofr $.58 after UP rewards.  Or if you have the coupon its a total of $18.58 and you get back $20 in UP rewards!!
Also you can do other combo's as they had a variety of prices on different strengths of Melatonin.  And if you need Dieters Tea I checked it was $5.49 for a 12 pack.  And if you get ALL YOU mag, there was a $1 off coupon in both Dec and January issues!

Rite Aid Look ahead starting Feb 10

This week being the second week of sales for the February 50th anniversary promo does not look promising in terms of being able to get money makers as January was because there was a lot of triple dipping opportunities which made the Promo a great money maker opportunity.  I'd say if you don't have the Jan 27 P&G coupons and have already done the L'Oreal rebate it may be a good month to sit out from couponing at Rite Aid.

I highlighted best deals thanks to iheartriteaid for the ad preview.  The L'Oreal deal is great if you haven't already submitted for the rebate. And right now there's a video value coupon for $5 off!!  There is a $.50 off Lypsyl coupon in 1/27 Smartsource if you have two coupons, you can get the Lypsyl for $.50 each after ups ( I would be more excited if it counted toward the Anniversary Promo but the lack of Blue Dollar symbol indicates its not).  Freebie** if you have the 11/18 Smartsource there's a $1 off coupon making Sucrets a freebie if you have coupon.  The Honey Nut Cheerios is a good deal $1.88 after UPs for people who must eat this cereal and it counts toward the Anniversary deal.  Zyrtec users after UP will pay $.99 for a 5 ct pack which is awesome if you use it.  For those waiting for a Purex deal this week would be it each bottle would be $2 after UPs and count toward Anniversary tally.  And for those of you who still have Coke Rewards free 12 pack coupons, a great sale to double dip in.  I put Playtex in because in the past year its been really tough getting freebies on this and $2.99 is a fair deal. For those of you who have coupons there are several $1 off coupons in the 1/6 Smartsource, making this $1.99 each!

Rite Aid Look Ahead starting Jan 27

This weeks sales are more lackluster because its not apart of the 50th anniversary promo :( so really I'm using the opportunity to churn ups and buy some non freebie things.  Like Drano!! That is something I will never score as a freebie, so this weeks deal is pretty great tricky Rite Aid you have to buy 2 at $3.99 each and then you can get a $3 up, make the total cost about $4.98 for two Drano's after UP rewards.  Its a necessary thing to stockpile because its super expensive not to have around when you need it even on sale I get it for around $5.

And while I still say the biggest drain on a food budget is JUNK FOOD, the Super Bowl is coming up so I figure maybe chips and soda's are must have.  And Rite Aid does have a buy $15 worth of certain stuff and get a $5 UP reward back.  So thats 33% off with the UP reward.  The deals to me are getting the Lays Stax and TGIF snacks, although there is a buy 2 Hormel Chilli electronic Load to Card for  $.65 off.  And of course the buy Three 12 pack of Pepsi use Rite Aid Ad coupon for final price of $10 which is included in your $15 tally.

Assi Plaza my new favorite Asian Supermarket

I have to say, Assi Supermaket is right next to the new Target Mall complex in Flushing and I never took the time to visit.  But when I finally did, I discovered they have crazy door buster deals for Veggies and Rice is pretty well priced.

This week as an example, premium rice priced $21.99 for 40 lbs making it about $.55 per lb!  Or if you not picky about your white rice, $6.99 for 15lbs which is about $.46 per lb.  And if you can't buy large bags of rice, there is a decent sale on a 5 lb bag for $3.99.  The best deals I'm going for is the huge tin of Sesame Oil for $6.99 and the Shim Ramyun for $12.99 a box, thats all time low for me.  So definately want to pick that up.  The meat is priced low as well.   And lets not forget Garlic 2 for $1, thats a great stockpile price, and Bok Choy for $.29/lb another stock pile price!

White Bean Hummus Pasta Revisited with Croutons

Earlier this week, I made White Bean Hummus Pasta and had leftovers.  Normally, I would freeze them so I can rotate my meals.  I think that's key to eating frugally, if you eat the same thing all the time regardless of how low it costs, you will get tired of it.  And the likelihood of you making the cost effective recipe is less.  But since, I'm low on freezer space at the moment and this leftover meal needed to be eaten. I made spiced it up by adding home made croutons ( I already had batch cooked) and it was a surprising success.  I'd never thought to add croutons and pasta before but the crunchiness of the croutons added a new layer of texture to the meal that made it a perfect compliment !

Hummus Pasta: Stockpile and Cooking with Leftovers

To reduce my food waste and keep myself from using money at the grocery store its important to make meals from what I already have. And I still had 1 cup of pasta sauce left over that I needed to use since I was short on freezer space.  So I grabbed some leftover hummus, my stash of frozen Jalapeno peppers and pasta from my stockpile to make an impromptu, white bean hummus pasta.  And it made the cheap tin tomato sauce taste just like a creamy vodka sauce. With the added health benefit of sneaking in beans to pasta.

Ingredients (3-4 servings)

1/2 LB Pasta
1 Cup Pasta Sauce
4 oz White Bean Hummus
1 Jalapeno Pepper (optional)
1 Teaspoon Sugar

Directions:

Cook pasta and drain.  Set aside.

Heat Jalapeno and tomato sauce in sauce pan. Add sugar.

Add in White Bean Hummus and stir.

Add in pasta and stir in to mix sauce and pasta (italian style).  Plate and optional season with Parmesan Cheese and Basil.

I put this in as a low cost recipe because even with out the Hummus you can puree white beans to add into your sauce.  My cost to make this dish since all this was from my freegan haul and stockpile of free or near free stuff was $.10 and that's being generous with my estimate.

Target Price Cut Alert Campbell's Cream of Mushroom and Chicken Soup

Exciting Target Price Temporary Price Cut alert from krazycouponlady.com, they saw Campbells Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup at $.59 EACH!!!! If you don't coupon this is a MUST get deal!!! I'd been eyeing these soups for a year since and this beats the Thanksgiving prices.  I haven't seen it price this low in a while.  So personally, I would stockpile at least a 6 month supply since the expiration on these is very long.  But mainly because this is my staple ingredient for some of my favorite Low Cost meals Tuna Casserole and Rice Casserole.  Both great for batch cooking!

If you have a printer go print the above coupon as well to get your self free Swanson broth.  Which also is under price cut for $.50, ALSO a great price for chicken broth!  Perfect for a sick day quick soup especially with flu mania going around.

**UPDATE I went and NYC has it for $.89 and $.59... still a good sale but not as exciting as what other states are getting.

On the plus side... check your clearance aisle... Certain Pantene Shampoo were on clearance for $2.12, if you have your P&G coupons for $3 off 2, you can get 2 shampoo's for $.62 each!!!!!  I also got PUFF box tissues for $.36 each!!!!

Ideas for Left Over or Stale Bread

I hate having to throw away bread, it really annoys me because the cost of bread is definately rising and its so easy to avoid getting moldy bread.  All you need to do is put it in the fridge and it will typically extend the life of you bread for another week.  Or cover in wet paper towel and microwave shortly just to warm up. And if you put it in the freezer you'll have months of extra time to enjoy it.  All you do is toast it when you are ready to use it.

IDEAS for Leftover or Stale Bread
#1 Freeze it
Make French Toast
Make Bread Crumbs
Make Garlic Bread
Make Bread Pudding
Toast and use to dip in Soup
Make Croutons (my 2nd favorite idea)

How to make Croutons

Cut on any type of bread into pieces.  Toss in bowl, drizzle with olive oil and (italian seasoning if preferred) and mix.  Then transfer to baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes in oven at 350 degrees until toasted.  Wait for it to cool down and store in air tight container.  This can keep for weeks!

It is a lot cheaper than buying store made Croutons and you avoid food waste.  I eat it alone as a snack, add it to my salads and pasta for a low cost filler, extra substance and texture.

Ideas for Leftover Hummus

I love Hummus, its low calorie, high in protein and an essential for vegetarians (not that I am one).  It goes great with raw veggies like carrots and celery sticks perfect if your dieting and need a healthy snack! I also use it with chips, pita bread, naan and french bread.  But the thing is it rarely goes on sale in the supermarket and if it does its usually 2 for $5, which is a major frugal girl "No, No".  Snacks are killer to a food budget.  But when it does hit the inventory of Jacks 99 Cent store in NYC it usually goes for $.99 or $1.29 and that is when I stock up.  The great thing about hummus is that it freezes really well.

I take it out of the freezer when I need it and a simple butter knife will easily cut it in proportions you want to use.  And then I microwave it for about 20 seconds and its back to its original spreadable form.

The reason, I'm writing this post is that I picked up 7 containers on my last freegan haul.

Ideas for Left Over Hummus

  • Use as a substitute for mayo in sandwiches for otherwise bland meats like turkey and grilled chicken.
  • Excellent for Veggie Hummus wrap (think Hale and Hearty's).
  • Use as a binder for bland Turkey Burgers vs egg whites.
  • Make Hummus Pasta (just toss pasta with hummus vs tomato sauce or with).
  • Use as a Baked Potato topping.

Rite Aid 50 cent Whole Grain Cereal and free deodorant

Man it's been a long time since a Cereal deal has come along and this Post Cereal deal of 2 for $5, with $2 UP rewards when you buy 2, makes each box $.50!!!!!  If you picked up the last smart source they had $1 off coupon for Grape Nuts or Shredded Wheat Cereal use 4 coupons total.  I picked the Grape Nuts because its 24 oz!!!!!! And has more fiber and protein than Oatmeal as well.  And if you've been eyeing the price of Oatmeal the best sale I've seen was $1.98 this is an awesome substitute!  There is a limit of 2 offers, so you can pick up a total of 4 boxes!!

Another hidden deal is for SURE or BRUT deodorant.  It's Buy One GET One free ,NYC prices are $3.79 for BRUT get two $2 Up MONTHLY rewards.  And SURE was $3.49 at my store.  Limit 2 so you can only pick up 2 for FREE.

Healthy Freegan Lunch Hummus and Organic French Bread

Remember all the fancy organic breads and hummus I got from my last Freegan Haul?  Well, because of it and my already existing stockpile, I haven't needed to go grocery shopping in the past 2 weeks! It's so relaxing, because instead of planning my food menu around my budget.  I've actually just planned it based on my hauls and fridge since most of the food I find is food I really would normally buy.  Granted I haven't bought Hummus in ages because its so expensive but the point is I eat what I pick up.

I froze all the organic bread I didn't plan on eating within 2 days.  When I was ready to eat, I just wrapped in wet paper towel and zapped in microwave to heat up.

The Hummus as well, but this batch was from the one I left in lower fridge.  As you can see it had a layer of sealed wrapping on top and is as yummy as it looks.

All I had to do after microwaving the bread was spread on the Hummus and magically I had a super healthy and quick lunch.  Best part FREE!!!!!!  I was so lazy, I could have added some raw carrots to dip on the side but I was too lazy to chop and peel.  And with a quick estimate, I know I have enough bread and Hummus for at least another 10 easy meals like this. That is all going to my savings, just think how much you would save if you had 10 free meals!

For now while I have these tubs of Hummus to go through, Hummus will be apart of my low cost recipes.  But for those of you in NYC here's a tip, occasionally Cheap Jacks will get Whole Food cast offs and thats when I usually find Hummus for around $.99-$1.29  and they always have some assortment of $1.29 bread like things so this could be apart of your low cost meal regime.

NYC Freegan Haul High End Grocer

I picked up 7 packages of Hummus retail price $5 each for total value of $35 in my last Freegan Haul, again the store had put it in a clear plastic garbage bag and there had to be like 30 packs at least.  Either way these hadn't even past their sell by date yet and are also sealed inside as well.  For those that think this is dirty, its not at all and most of the things I've gotten in past tours from Grocers are usually packaged goods. Anyways, super excited because this will go great with all the breads I got from the bakery haul.

I also picked up this packaged Masala meal regularly priced at $7 as well.  One dinner off my check list.  One thing, I've really enjoyed about these Freegan tours is that everything is free and so any meal I replace with something I find, is basically a free meal!!!

NYC Freegan Haul

This place is hands down becoming my favorite NYC Freegan spot.  I seriously am loving it.  I've read some really disparaging things about Freegans while researching and it's so mean minded.  But one thing I wanted to clarify, is that New York City is a whole different world when it comes to waste. Stores typically, throw out their salvageable foods in separate bags all on the curbside. This store specifically had individually sorted and bagged their goods inside their store bags inside a clear garbage bag inside another clear garbage bag, almost as if they were expecting the Freegans to come by.

It's an Organic bakery and its great that their bags are Biodegradable as well but they are dedicated to freshness so they toss out their goods every day to bake new ones.  I got about 6 Croissants, a ton of whole wheat bread, walnut bread, raisin bread, and french bread.  I'd estimate I got at least $50 worth of goods are for free, since their stuff is expensive!

Crumbs Bakery : Freegan Haul

http://www.crumbs.com/colossal-cupcakes

So I love Crumbs Cupcakes there so decadent but they cost $4.50 a pop, which is kind of ridiculous but hey its NYC and people are more than willing to pay that much for a single cupcake.  So I was really excited when I got a Clossal Red Velvet Cupcake Cake regularly priced at $42 in my last haul! It got squished because in my bag but its so huge, so I divided it up and put some in my freezer for when I have a craving.

On top of that, I got the below yummi croissants and walnut brownie great for 4 days of breakfast.

I'd easily estimate my freegan haul from this one stop to be $50.

Best Ever Banana Oatmeal Muffins

I love it when you discover an Awesome new recipe by accident.  I was making a version of my bffs Banana Cake recipe but I didn't have the Walnuts her recipe called for. So as a cheap but still healthy substitute I added some Oatmeal in and now this is my favorite recipe ever!

I actually prefer to make them as muffins vs loaves because they bake faster and its easier to eat when your on the run in the morning.  I make a huge batch of these and put whatever I don't plan on eating within a week in the freezer.  And just simply zap them in microwave, while I'm waiting for my coffee to brew in the mornings.

Leftovers Pasta

One thing that constantly is spoiling in my Fridge is the Jarred Pasta Sauce, I think its because its Jarred I think it has a decent Fridge life left and since pasta is the food I freeze and batch cook the least I find its easy to forget about.  The easiest solution to avoiding waste is to freeze it but it you don't have the space in your freezer... left over pasta is a good idea.  As well as using it as a sauce for your meat dishes.

Since, I was trying to scour my fridge for meal ideas without buying more food to avoid food waste I found the below needed to be consumed.

I had left over meat, because I tend to eat meat sparingly these days so if I have more than necessary for my bowl of rice, instead of over indulging I leave as leftovers.  With the half Bell Pepper, I had laying around all did was chop.  Then put all the leftovers in the pasta sauce, and toss over cooked pasta.  And like magic a meal of leftovers was created!!!!  It's not genius or fancy but left over chicken, mushrooms and other veggies like carrots, onions could have easily been substituted.  This quick meal, eliminated a couple things I had in my lower fridge that needed to be consumed.

Fortunately for me, I still had a huge stash of Garlic Knots ready to microwave and accompany my meal.

L'Oreal Wrinkle Cream under $ 5 each at Rite Aid

Ladies heads up WRINKLE CREAM Deal!!!

So annoyed my Printer is broken, either way with out Coupons you can get 3 L'Oreal Revitalift Wrinkle creams (great deal because Drugstore.com has each for $13 each and Target $15) for under $5 this week if you still have extra P&G coupons and have already passed the $100 tally for the Rite Aid Anniversary Up Rewards deal.

If you do have a Printer you can get each about $3 each after rebate and UP Rewards.  The Link for coupons is Here go to special offers and you should see one coupon for $3 off 2 and another for $1 off 1 or if you have the 1/6 Red Plums there should be a $1 off coupon as well.

Here's the Scenario, do the Cover Girl Scenario I posted about previous have $15 counted toward the $50 you need to get a $10 up.  The cost of the Cover Girl Scenario is about $3 for me because about $1.50 is taxes in NYC.

Now buy 3 in One Transaction of any of the Revitalift Eligible Products for $11.99 each, OPP is $35.97.    You'll then get two $5 Up rewards.  And if you did the Cover Girl Transaction first, then this L'Oreal transaction will push you past the $50 needed and you will get another $10 Up reward (only counting $7 Up in reducing cost of L'Oreal Scenario and allocating $3 to making Cover Girl transaction free after UPs).  All the Ups will bring cost down to $18.97 and you will submit for $10 rebate LINK   there by reducing cost down to $8.97.  I'm adding NYC tax of 8.75% so my cost will be $12.12 total. Or $4.04 each with TAXES.  If I had coupons it would be $3.04 each for Retin A wrinkle cream!!  That's a Killer DEAL!!!!!!!

Also, if you don't need this buy the day and night cream and give it as an AWESOME gift!

America $165 Billion Dollars in FOOD WASTE annually

After all the hype in the media about America’s Debt Deficit being in the Trillions does it make sense that Americans account for $165 Billion Dollars annually in food waste.  As a country we have reached new levels of poverty and yet based on U.S. Department of Agriculture’s estimates an average American tosses out about $500 in food a year?

New Yorkers have noticed it hasn’t even snowed yet this year!! we’re at record breaking temperatures further more raising awareness to the fact that our Environmental abuse has taken its toll and you’d have to be crazy not to notice it.

Do you know what the NUMBER ONE contribution of solid waste to our landfills are?  FOOD SCRAPS, accounting for about 25% of our methane gas emissions.

The numbers are frightening, and yet I’ve seen the food waste.  Everytime, I clean out my fridge I end up tossing food I’ve forgotten about.   And on Freegan Tour, I can easily picture HUGE bags of still good food being tossed out for mostly cosmetic purposes.

This year, I’m going to be really much more conscious of Food Waste and hopefully be able to post some of my tips.  I can say right now, after this post I’m going to my fridge and take a tally of my existing contents to make a meal instead of going to the grocery store as I had planned early this morning.

Look at what Europe's Government has developed to address food waste !! Why is the USA so behind in the battle against Food Waste?  http://england.lovefoodhatewaste.com/

Rite Aid look ahead starting Jan 13

There two obvious freebies for the week of Jan 13 at Rite Aid.  The Culterelle is great especially if you have existing UP rewards you need to roll over.  ThermaCare is just plain free with the coupon in the Ad.

But the deal I'm most excited about because I only need $12.55 to get another $10 UP reward as part of their Anniversary promotion is the Cover Girl promotion Buy ONE get other 50% off and an additional $5 Up when you buy $15 worth (before coupons).  And Cover Girl counts toward the Anniversary tally , Note Jan 26 is last day to make qualifying purchases!

I was going to use the last of my Coke Rewards Free 12pk to get myself over $200 but this COVER GIRL sale is even better !!! The key to getting the most out of the Anniversary PROMO is to have your purchase price counted as high as possible but paying as little as possible after coupons and UPs.  It's a great strategy to have this turn into a Money Maker scenario.

So Covergirl's cheapest product is the Eye Shadow for $3.39, and I still have my P&G coupons for $3 off two products.
So buy 3 at regular price $3.39 = 10.17
buy 3 at 50% off at $1.70 = 5.10
Sub total is $15.27
use 3 coupons (-$9) and total OPP is $6.27
Get back $5 UP Reward making final price $1.27
This is great scenario if your really close to getting that next $10 Up reward for the Anniversary Promo, you have $15.27 counted toward your promo tally but only spend $1.27.

This purchase of Covergirl will generate me my last $10 Up reward and basically is a money maker for me.  My tally is currently at $188, I only need $12 in eligible product to get another $10 UP .  If I have a coupon or Up Reward of at least $2 attached to my next $12 in purchases, my next purchase becomes free!. If I have even higher like my $9 in coupons, it becomes a money maker!

Free Sharpies at Rite Aid last day today!

This week Sharpie's are Buy One Get One Free!!

The Fine Sharpie, 2 pk cost $3.69 in NYC.  If you pick up two, you'll get two $2 UP rewards generated (limit 4) as part of this months hidden UP Reward deals.  Making it FREE!!!!! The product number is 071641301627  becareful because there are other 2pks that look similar but only this one is generating the hidden ups. Whats extra great is that these also count toward the Anniversary Month long up tally.  If your close to getting your UPS for that this would be a great way to get there since its basically free after UPs.

The other great deal on Sharpies is the plain 8 count markers NYC price was $10.39.  Get 2, and pay $10.39 and you will get two $4 Up rewards, making final price $2.39 for two large packs (limit 4).  This didn't get auto tallied to my anniversary rewards, but after contacting customer service they added it to my tally.

Also, Rite Aid's video values is offering a free sample of Clear Shampoo.  So watch and print the coupon !

Freegan Haul, Free NYC Pizza

One super nice Pizzeria, a freegan pointed out used to generously feed Occupy Wall Street Protesters.  And they basically used to in separate bags from their Garbage toss out whole packed up cooked Italian meals still hot at the end of the night just for freegans to pick up. Any ways when we went this night, it was pretty late and either we were late or other Freegans already visited there weren't any packed up italian meals.  But there was a whole bag filled with PIZZA authentic NYC pizza and fancier types.  I took about 12 slices and this will feed me for a while!  I plan on freezing some as well so I'm not eating pizza everday.

I didn't even get to the best part, they took care to put in separate shopping bag a whole bag full of still warm Garlic Knots or bread if thats what you call them!!!!!! I swear NYC Pizzeria's make the best Garlic knots ever!!!!! So on top of the pizza, I have tons of Garlic knots.  Enough to feed me for a while, seriously I really don't think I need to go Grocery Shopping for at least 2 weeks.  And the best part is I don't even have to cook either! I seriously am going to save a lot of money doing this and you have no idea how easy this was!!
