I did this deal at the Manhattan CVS, which doesn't have all the sales that other stores carry. But if you do live near a Regular CVS, I'd totally use the $3 ECB's to buy the Peanut Butter deal I highlighted before. Again, key to saving is to use your ECB's for stuff on Sale or staples you'd normally buy.
